Because all surfaces are measured before embarking on an exterior cleaning project, there is no one set price. We take measurements and then pop them into our price per m2 or m for gutter clearing parameters. However, Cleancore UK do have minimum prices for all services, which we would be happy to discuss.
It is our duty to ensure that all mess generated is bagged up and removed from your property, business or site. We also ensure that any neighbouring properties will have a courtesy call in advance of the project. Any debris that may make its way to a neighbouring property will also be removed. It is Cleancore UK standards to leave our clients sites in impeccable condition.
It is possible for water to make its way into a property by 3 known ways; 1) valleys – if the pointing is loose and degraded, then water can pool behind the debris and make its way in 2) Velux windows with degraded seals can sometimes allow water inside 3) roofs with degraded felt underneath can also allow for water to enter the roof space.
Whilst we know that water can seep its way into a property, we also know how to prevent it. Valleys are kept clear of loose pointing and debris throughout the service to allow water to run freely. Furthermore, extra caution is taken and correct angles are used when working around Velux windows.
Although results from exterior cleaning and pressure washing are long lasting, we do recommend annual treatments of surfaces such as roofs and render. This is done at a fraction of the original cost, and maintenance plans can be provided at quotation stage. We do recommend all groundworks be cleaned annually. Keeping up with this not only maintains the aesthetic of your property but ensures it is safe and free of organic matter at the same time.
At Cleancore UK we can remove chewing gum from all kinds of hard landscaped areas. Using our specialist solutions, we can remove graffiti from walls and buildings.
Yes. We take the threat of Covid-19 seriously and as such, after cleaning we use a sanitiser to help combat the spread of viruses.
We use sodium hypochlorite which once dried, quickly becomes inert and biodegrades after it has sanitised the surface. A biodegradable surfactant is blended through our application system which lifts the virus off the surface making it easier for sodium hypochlorite to kill the virus.
This can be safely used in hospitals, care homes, public spaces, schools and play areas.
